GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY
All stamps are supplied as genuine and as described. Any stamps which do not meet this requirement may be returned for replacement or refund. I have 16 years of experience in the trade and am therefore able to supply high quality genuine postage.

All stock listed is subject to availability. We will advise if any items ordered are out of stock. We will also advise an expected delivery date of any out of stock products.
All goods remain the property of Piece of the Past until cleared payment is received.
Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery (UK). However our average dispatch time is within 2 working days. All delivery charges are for standard delivery service via Royal Mail. Orders may require a signature upon delivery if you have paid for Insured Postage. Delivery times are subject to the efficiency of the postal service/Royal Mail and may differ depending on the area of the UK you reside in.
Returns are accepted if goods are faulty or fail to meet the description shown. In this situation carriage will also be refunded. The customer has the right to cancel their order or return goods in original condition at any time up to 14 days after receiving them. In the case of all returns the customer must ensure that they are adequately packaged and insured and must obtain proof of posting. In all cases refunds will by made by the same method that original payment was made. Refunds will be made within 30 days.
As a consumer, you automatically get a 14 day cooling off period when you buy something that you haven't seen in person. Your cancellation period commences as soon as your order is received. There does not need to be anything wrong with the item in order for you to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, you have a further 14 days in which to arrange for the goods to be returned to us.
FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS
You should check all products that you have received against your order. If any goods that you have received are faulty or damaged or not as stated in your order, then we request that you contact us as soon as possible with an outline of your complaint plus photographs if needed.
You must then return the item(s) to our premises as soon as possible.
We will endeavour to resolve your complaint in line with your consumers rights as follows: Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, you will be offered the choice of a replacement or a full refund; From 30 days after receipt of the goods and up to the first 6 months, we will arrange for a replacement of goods and if this does not work, a refund.
Once you agree to return the goods to us we will bear the postage or return costs of the faulty or damaged goods, providing there is no obvious signs of damage by you, the consumer.
